The wind energy manufactured in Sweden from wind generators reached the level of nuclear power production

In Sweden the volume of electric power, manufactured from wind generators exceeded the quantity of energy, which can be produced by an average nuclear power station. In this country the manufacturing of wind energy for 2011 grew with 74%.
The wind energy supplies 4,4 % of all electrical power needs in Sweden. In 2011 354 new wind power stations were launched (50 % more than 2010), which increased the productivity to 754 MW.
